Meus Litepaper (product)

Important: This litepaper describes a product. It is not an offer of crypto-assets, securities or financial products. No token exists. Any future token would require a separate legal document (a MiCA white paper) and would not be sold to US persons.

1. The problem

Attention is the most valuable resource online, and the people who give it are the only ones not paid for it. AI assistants and smart glasses will make this worse if the agent in your ear works for advertisers.

2. The product

Meus is a personal AI agent that works for its user:

Example figures. Commission rates are set by each store and vary by category — for example, Amazon Associates' published standard rates run from 1% to 10%.

Based on public cashback benchmarks, a regular online shopper could receive tens to a few hundred dollars a year. This is an estimate, not a promise; actual amounts depend on merchants and spending.

4. Phases

  1. Website and waitlist.
  2. Browser extension and web app with cashback and public receipts.
  3. Android app, including voice through Bluetooth glasses.
  4. AI and AR glasses.

5. Architecture in plain words

The user's profile, rules and filtering live on the device. Meus's servers handle offer catalogues, commission tracking, payouts through a licensed payout provider and receipt publishing. Receipts are hashed into a daily Merkle root written to a public blockchain.

Your profile and rules stay on your devices; the core handles offers, tracking, receipts and payouts.

6. Community ownership (future, gated)

We intend to give the people who use Meus a real say in, and a share of, the network they help build. If and when a token exists, it would be distributed to users for real activity — not sold — and only after the product has proven itself and legal requirements are met.
