Terms

These terms apply when you join the waitlist or use Meus. The operator is named on the legal notice page. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free. There is no purchase and no payment.
• Your position is informational. We may adjust positions or remove entries to stop abuse, such as fake or automated sign-ups.
• We open accounts in weekly batches, in waitlist order. The numbers we publish about invites are real counts.

Your account

• You must be at least 18. One account per person.
• You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that address safe.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Financial records (commissions and payouts) are kept without your name, as the law requires.

Cashback

• Cashback works only when you activate it for a participating store, by your own tap in the app or the browser extension, before you buy.
• The store pays a commission through an affiliate network. We pass 60% of that commission to you and keep 40%. Every commission gets a public receipt with no personal data.
• A commission is pending until the store confirms it, after its period for sending items back. Stores can decline a purchase (for example a cancelled order or an item sent back). A declined commission is removed from your balance, with a public reversal receipt.
• We cannot pay cashback a store or network never reports. Rates shown are the lowest rate the store pays; some purchases earn more.

Balance and payouts

• Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn once it reaches the minimum shown for its currency.
• Payouts are made in normal money through PayPal, to the email address you sign in with. If you have no PayPal account, PayPal invites you to claim the money within 30 days; if it is not claimed, it comes back to your balance.
• We may hold a payout while we check unusual activity. If a payout fails, the money comes back to your balance.

Referral rewards

• When rewards are switched on, they are shown on your waitlist page. The current offer: when a friend you invite has earned 10 in confirmed cashback, held for 30 days, you each receive 3 in the same currency, once per friend and up to 20 friends.
• Friends must be real people who sign up themselves. Sign-ups from the same network as you, flagged accounts and self-referrals earn nothing.

Points

• Points record real activity (confirmed cashback, use of the assistant, referrals) under rules published per season on the points page. They are not money, cannot be sold or transferred, and have no cash value.
• Points under review are held. You can ask for a review of a held week from your points page.
• Points do not create any right to a future product, reward or crypto-asset.

The assistant

• The assistant can make mistakes. Check prices, terms and anything important before you rely on it.
• Your conversations stay in your browser. Daily message limits apply.

Fair use

• No fake accounts, automated activity, self-purchases arranged to earn cashback, or attempts to manipulate tracking, points or referrals.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Cashback from genuine purchases that is already confirmed remains yours unless it came from abuse.

Changes and contact

• We may change these terms. Material changes are emailed to you before they apply.
• Questions or complaints: write to the contact address on the legal notice page. We answer within 30 days.
• French law applies, without removing the protection of the law of the country where you live.
